Dr. Emily Lewis is a dietitian, nutritionist, and exercise physiologist specialising in weight management and obesity-related chronic diseases. Her PhD explored the psychology behind weight management, focusing on how health professionals can better support long-term lifestyle changes in diet, exercise, sleep, stress, and mindfulness.
With over 12 years of experience, Emily has worked across private practice, corporate health, hospitals, gyms, and community settings. She played a key role in developing services for Canberra’s leading obesity management service, where she worked as both a dietitian and exercise physiologist for over eight years.
An Accredited Optifast Healthcare Professional, Emily has extensive experience in bariatric surgery nutrition, the Allurion gastric balloon, and weight loss medications like Saxenda and Ozempic. She regularly presents to healthcare professionals on nutrition and exercise for weight management.
Emily is passionate about empowering Renovo Health program members with the knowledge and strategies needed for sustainable, long-term success.

Elka Mackinnon
Exercise Physiologist

Elka Mackinnon is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with a Bachelor of Exercise Physiology and Rehabilitation from the University of Canberra. Growing up in Dubai as a passionate sports enthusiast, her own experiences with injury rehabilitation ignited her commitment to using exercise as a powerful tool for recovery and long-term health.
Elka has worked with a broad range of clients, including those managing oncology, diabetes, cardiopulmonary conditions, and paediatrics, but her specialty lies in musculoskeletal health. She firmly believes that exercise is medicine and that there’s a perfect movement solution for everyone.
In addition to clinical work, she trains AFL players, focusing on sport-specific performance. Her approach is to create individualised, evidence-based programs that are both effective and enjoyable, helping clients recover from injuries, manage conditions, and improve their quality of life.
Outside the clinic, you’ll find her hiking, travelling, or relaxing with a book.

Melanie Stichnau
Dietitian

Melanie Stichnau is a dedicated dietitian passionate about personalised, evidence-based nutrition. She specialises in glucose control, insulin resistance, and weight management, providing tailored support for clients using Mounjaro, Saxenda, or Ozempic.
She has a special interest in optimising vegan and vegetarian diets, helping clients achieve their nutrition and health goals. Melanie also offers targeted guidance in sports nutrition, pre-conception health, and disordered eating recovery, focusing on breaking the dieting cycle and improving relationships with food.
Her approach is all about empowerment, creating a supportive space where clients can build lifelong, sustainable habits. Whether managing a chronic condition, enhancing performance, or improving overall well-being, Melanie provides comprehensive, compassionate care.
Outside the clinic, you’ll find her at the gym, Pilates studio, or soaking up the sun at the beach, and in the kitchen cooking up a storm.

Justin Aniello
Dietitian

Justin Aniello is an Accredited Practising Dietitian specialising in type 2 and gestational diabetes, IBS, and sports nutrition. He takes a client-centred approach, tailoring evidence-based nutrition strategies to support chronic health conditions, overall well-being, and athletic performance.
As a credentialed low-FODMAP dietitian, Justin provides expert care for IBS and digestive concerns, helping clients identify the root causes of gut health issues. A powerlifting athlete himself, he applies firsthand experience to sports nutrition, focusing on performance optimisation while fostering a healthy relationship with food.
Passionate about empowering clients, Justin offers individualised, practical guidance to support glucose control, gut health, and long-term success. Outside of work, you’ll find him at the gym, with an audiobook and coffee in hand.

Sarah White
Dietitian

Sarah White is an Accredited Practising Dietitian who takes an individualised, evidence-based approach to nutrition. She specialises in chronic health management, weight management, glucose control (including continuous glucose monitoring), and binge eating disorder.
With extensive experience in pre- and post-bariatric surgery support, Sarah also provides nutrition guidance for the Allurion gastric balloon and pharmacotherapy treatments like Saxenda and Ozempic. An Accredited Optifast Healthcare Professional, she helps clients navigate the VLED diet program for effective weight management.
Sarah is passionate about creating a supportive and empowering environment, helping clients build lifelong nutrition habits for better health. With expertise in both dietetics and exercise science, she takes a holistic approach to wellness.
Outside of work, you’ll find her on the hockey field, in a Pilates class, or catching up on the Kardashians.
Kerryne Chia
Psychologist
Kerryne is a clinical psychologist who is passionate about supporting clients to improve their well-being and reach their personal goals.
She completed her clinical training at the Australian National University. Kerryne has a special interest and expertise in obesity management and disordered eating, having worked in bariatric medicine and eating disorder services across public and private health settings.
She assists clients with a wide range of concerns, including emotional or binge eating, mood difficulties, initiating and sustaining lifestyle changes, body image, and navigating bariatric surgery. Learn more about Kerryne here.

Katrina Anderson
Psychologist

Katrina is a Clinical Psychologist with experience working with children, adolescents and adults across a diverse range of mental health concerns. Her areas of experience include eating disorders, anxiety, depression and trauma.
With a compassionate, evidence-based approach, Katrina works closely with clients to foster a healthy relationship with food, body image, and overall well-being. Katrina is passionate about creating a safe and respectful therapy space and using a strengths-based approach to support clients to reach their goals.
